Aura Community Rules

What these rules are for
Aura is an app for yoga and massage. In it you can post photos, videos and texts: a profile photo, an intro video, a name and an “About me”, reviews. These rules keep Aura a calm and safe place for students and practitioners. To post, accept the rules in the app; this needs a signed-in account.
What you must not post
- Insults and threats. Do not insult, demean or intimidate other people, do not call for violence or harassment, do not stir up hostility on any ground.
- Spam and advertising. Do not post mass identical messages, advertising of third-party goods and services, links meant to draw clients to other platforms, or misleading reviews, including ones written for a reward or about yourself.
- Nudity and shocking content. Do not post nude or sexualised images, scenes of violence or cruelty, or other material that may shock. Services in Aura are yoga and massage, not intimate services.
- Other people’s material. Post only your own photos and videos, or ones you have the rights to. Do not pose as another person and do not post images of people without their consent.
- Medical promises. Do not promise cures, do not claim that a practice or massage replaces treatment, and do not guarantee a health result. Yoga and massage are not a substitute for seeing a doctor.
What happens when a rule is broken
A moderator hides material that breaks the rules: other users see a placeholder instead, and the app tells you what exactly was hidden. To lift the hiding, replace the material with a suitable one. If violations repeat, a moderator restricts posting: you can no longer change your photo, name, nickname and description or write reviews. Bookings and sessions keep working as usual.
How to report
If you see material that breaks these rules, please report it with the report function in the app. A moderator reviews reports and hides material that breaks the rules.

If you think material was hidden or posting was restricted by mistake, write to info@aura-aum.ru — we will review your request.
Changes to the rules
A new edition is published at this same address with a new date. When the rules are updated, the app asks you to read and accept the new edition.
