Delete your Aura account
This page explains how to delete your Aura account and what happens to your data afterwards.
In the app
Open the Aura app on Android or iOS: Profile → Delete account. In the Telegram Mini App it is the same profile section, "Delete account".
What happens right away
- You are signed out on all devices.
- Notifications stop.
- Your upcoming classes and bookings are cancelled.
- Your profile is hidden.
After 30 days
Your name, photo, nickname, country, Telegram username, password (its hash), e-mail and sign-in link, codes and teacher notes are anonymised. The account cannot be restored after that. Until the 30 days have passed, the same e-mail cannot be used to register again.
What remains, no longer linked to you
Records of classes that other participants need; records of consents; payment data, for the periods that accounting requires.
Store subscription
Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are cancelled in that store.
No access to the app
If you cannot open the app (including an account that uses Telegram only, without e-mail), write to info@aura-aum.ru from the account e-mail or with your Telegram username. We reply within 10 business days.
