A tool for a yoga teacher's work — in Telegram

Aura is a working tool: your schedule, student bookings, the list of who signed up, reminders, a profile and reviews in one place, right inside Telegram. No website, spreadsheets or chat threads. And students find your classes on the map and book themselves.

The core features are free: your schedule, student bookings, a profile and reviews. Premium is a subscription: your whole student roster, quarterly and yearly statistics, messaging students first and a blog. The first month of Premium is free; the price is shown in the app. Booking is free for students.

Aura does not take payment for classes and charges no commission: the price is shown for information, and the student pays you directly.

A published class appears on the map straight away. Students open the Nearby and Online tabs, pick a yoga style and book in one tap. You can also share a class or your page as a link in Telegram — into a Telegram chat, and you can paste the link into a channel or social media. We do not promise a number of students: it depends on your schedule and area.

No. You enter with your Telegram account: on first launch you accept the terms and choose a role, with no password and no separate website, and nothing to install — Aura works inside Telegram. If you want the app, leave your email on the page and we will let you know when it is out.

You publish a class: style, time, place or online, number of spots, price. Aura then takes bookings and tracks free spots, shows the list of people who signed up (name and Telegram account), and after the class starts you mark who came. The link to an online class is visible only to those who booked.

Everything arrives in Telegram from the bot. Students get a booking confirmation, a reminder before the class and an invitation to rate it. Teachers get a new booking, a cancelled booking, a full group, a new rating and a reminder before the class. Most notifications can be switched off in settings, except messages about a cancelled or moved class: those always arrive.

Cancel or move it in Aura and everyone who booked gets a message from the bot. A student can also cancel their own booking before the class starts.

A summary for this week, this month and last month: how many classes you held, how many spots were booked and how many students came. Attendance is counted from your marks.

A student who booked a class can rate it once the class has ended (unless it was cancelled); an attendance mark is not needed. It is a rating on a five-point scale and a text, which they can change later. The author stays anonymous to you. Ratings and reviews appear on your page; a rating shows from the second one. The teacher catalogue is not sorted by rating.

A public teacher page: your story, city, years of practice, styles, a short video intro, ratings and upcoming classes. You can share it with a personal link (it carries your nickname if you set one).

You can delete your account yourself — both in Aura in Telegram and in the app: Profile → Delete account. Sign-in closes at once, your classes are cancelled and your profile stops being shown. If you cannot sign in, write to info@aura-aum.ru and we will help.
